Bass, Berry & Sims member Richard Arnholt will be the featured speaker at the Florida APEX Accelerator GovCon Networking Breakfast, “FAR Updates and Its Impact on Contracting”, on Thursday, June 11, 2026, in Tampa, Florida.
Richard will discuss recent developments affecting government contractors, with a particular focus on the implications for small businesses. The presentation will cover the impact of the “Revolutionary FAR Overhaul,” changes to federal small business contracting goals, the status of the audit of the 8(a) Business Development Program, and how companies are responding to recent executive orders addressing diversity, equity, and inclusion requirements.
