Garrison Rosser counsels clients on corporate and securities issues including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and securities regulations matters and filings. In addition, he represents private equity firms and portfolio companies in various transactions.
Garrison earned a law degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law where he served as notes editor for the Kentucky Journal of Equine, Agriculture & Natural Resources Law. He earned a Master of Health Administration from the University of Kentucky College of Public Health and a Bachelor of Arts in accounting from Transylvania University.
