Adam Pfeiffer counsels clients on corporate and securities issues including mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions, capital markets transactions, private equity financings, and securities regulations matters and filings.

Prior to joining Bass, Berry & Sims, Adam was an associate at a boutique law firm in Lincoln, Nebraska, which specialized in corporate transactions in the trucking and transportation industry. Adam earned his law degree from the University of Nebraska College of Law and a B.S.B.A. in economics from the University of Nebraska.
