Matthew Morrow counsels clients on real estate and commercial finance transactions including:

  • Representing developers, investors and owners in the acquisition, financing, disposition, and leasing of real property.
  • Negotiating and drafting office leases, retail leases, subleases and amendments for landlords and tenants.
  • Representing borrowers and lenders in financing transactions, including acquisition and construction loans, term loan facilities, asset-based secured financings and revolving credit facilities.

Matthew also collaborates with the firm’s Corporate & Securities Practice Group on corporate transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions, for public and private companies, which involve financing and real estate issues.

Matthew earned a law degree from Washington University School of Law and an undergraduate degree in political science from Middle Tennessee State University.
