Juedon Kebede counsels clients on corporate and securities issues including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and securities regulations matters and filings. In addition, he represents private equity firms and portfolio companies in various transactions.

Juedon earned a law degree from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law, a master of business administration degree from the University of Memphis Fogelman College of Business and Economics, and an undergraduate degree in communication from the University of Colorado at Boulder. During law school, Juedon served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Bernice B. Donald of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
