Caylyn Harvey counsels clients on corporate and securities issues including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and securities regulations matters and filings. In addition, she represents private equity firms and portfolio companies in various transactions.
Caylyn earned a law degree from Vanderbilt Law School, a master’s degree in commerce with a concentration in marketing and management from the University of Virginia, McIntire School of Commerce, and undergraduate degrees in biology and English from Davidson College.
