Erica Gray counsels clients on corporate and securities issues including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and securities regulations matters and filings. In addition, she represents private equity firms and portfolio companies in various transactions.
Erica earned a law degree from the University of Notre Dame Law School and an undergraduate degree in Asian languages and cultures with a concentration in Chinese from the University of Michigan.
