Craig Bingham is the Chief Administrative Officer at Bass, Berry & Sims. He is responsible for staff talent management, training and benefits, firm-wide technology, research services and records management. In this role, Craig focuses on building teams that help the firm’s attorneys and staff exceed client expectations. Prior to Bass, Berry & Sims, Craig spent many years as a consultant creating and implementing business solutions for various clients throughout Tennessee and Georgia.

Craig is active in the Association of Legal Administrators, the International Legal Technology Association and the Nashville CIO Council. Craig holds a B.S. in organizational leadership from East Tennessee State University and his Master’s in law firm management from George Washington University where his studies focused on law firm strategy, leadership, lean Six Sigma and knowledge management.
