Bass, Berry & Sims Chief Information Officer Craig Bingham will speak at the Association of Legal Administrations (ALA) 2015 Conference & Expo on the topic of “Building an Enduring Law Firm: Succession Planning for Professional Administrators.” Craig will participate on a panel of law firm administrators who will discuss practical approaches to succession planning, explore why administrators should have both short-term and long-term succession plans, and provide examples of how to create a succession plan.
The conference will be held May 17-20 in Nashville, Tennessee.
