Dixon Babb counsels clients on corporate and securities issues including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and securities regulations matters and filings.
Dixon earned his law degree with a concentration in business transactions from the University of Tennessee College of Law and a B.S. in chemistry from the University of Georgia. During law school, Dixon served as a legal intern for Associate Justice Michael Boggs of the Supreme Court of Georgia.
