Dixon earned his law degree with a concentration in business transactions from the University of Tennessee College of Law and a B.S. in chemistry from the University of Georgia. During law school, Dixon served as a legal intern for Associate Justice Michael Boggs of the Supreme Court of Georgia.

I (Nasdaq: RACA), a special purpose acquisition company, sponsored by RA Capital Management. Upon closing, the combined company will be named POINT Biopharma Global Inc. and is expected to be listed on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol “PNT”.
