In connection with his presentation at the Paul J. Hartman State & Local Tax Forum, Bass, Berry & Sims attorney Steve Jasper co-authored an article outlining some of the more significant locally imposed taxes that could cause unexpected issues for businesses entering a new jurisdiction. Steve co-authored the article with his fellow co-panelists from the Forum, including: attorney Mitchell A. Newmark with Morrison & Foerster LLP; attorney Carley A. Roberts with Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP; and attorney Breen M. Schiller with Horwood Marcus & Berk Chtd.
