The Turnaround and Transaction of the Year Awards, presented each year by the Turnaround Management Association (TMA), recognized the acquisition of Arcadia Services by Addus HomeCare as the Small Company Transaction of the Year for 2019. The annual Turnaround and Transaction of the Year Awards recognize the members of a deal team in 12 different categories. The teams will be honored during the TMA Annual Conference to be held in late September in Cleveland, Ohio. TMA is a nonprofit servicing corporate renewal and restructuring professionals.
