Bass, Berry & Sims attorneys Lymari Cromwell and Cindy Reisz contributed a chapter to the Representing Physicians Handbook, Fifth Edition published by the American Health Law Association (AHLA). The handbook examines the complex legal, business, and operational issues facing all manner of physician organizations, from solo practitioners to large groups.

Lymari and Cindy provided content for the “Use of Non-Competition Covenants in Physician Employment Relationships” chapter outlining the legal landscape related to physician non-competes.
