In addition, the firm was ranked on three leading league tables for the first quarter of 2020. In the Pitchbook Q1 2020 report, Bass, Berry & Sims was ranked #22 for Most Active in U.S. PE Deals. In the Bloomberg league tables, the firm was ranked #30 by deal county for U.S Private Equity Deals (by volume).

(formerly NYSE: WCG), in its megamerger with Centene Corporation (NYSE: CNC) for $17.3 billion; and representation of LFM Capital in their acquisition of J&E Precision Tool and sale of EDSCO Fasteners to MiddleGround Capital.
