Nashville, Tenn., (January 15, 2020) – Bass, Berry & Sims is pleased to welcome three new associates in the firm’s Nashville office – Brett Good, James R. Litzow and Briana Sprick Schuster.
Brett Good advises companies on federal tax and employee benefit matters, including qualified retirement plans, equity incentive plans, executive compensation arrangements, and health and welfare plans. Prior to rejoining the firm, Good was an associate with Goodwin Procter LLP in Silicon Valley. He earned a law degree from The University of Texas School of Law (2016) and a B.A. from Vanderbilt University (2011).
James R. Litzow represents clients on corporate and securities issues including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions and securities regulations matters and filings. Prior to joining the firm, Litzow was an associate at Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP in Chicago. He earned a law degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law (2016) and a B.A. from Vanderbilt University (2012).
James R. Litzow is currently licensed to practice in Illinois and registered to practice in Tennessee pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 7 Sec. 3.01
Briana Sprick Schuster counsels clients on complex business and commercial litigation matters, providing advice related to breach of contract, fraud, misrepresentation, interference with business relations, and other business torts. Prior to joining the firm, Sprick Schuster was a litigation associate at Jenner & Block LLP in Chicago. She earned a law degree from Harvard Law School (2012), an M.A.T. from National Louis University (2009) and a B.A. from the University of Missouri (2007).
Briana Sprick Schuster is currently licensed to practice in Illinois and registered to practice in Tennessee pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 7 Sec. 5.01
