Nashville, Tenn., (March 12, 2026) – Bass, Berry & Sims is pleased to announce the addition of four new associates in Nashville as part of continued steps to fulfill the firm’s strategic growth plan. Joining the firm are Christina H. Godard, Victoria Kline, Bradley Kuntz and Michael J. Muszik, whose practices span four different practice groups to support key areas for the firm’s clients around the country.

Christina H. Godard
Christina H. Godard counsels clients on a wide range of debt financing transactions, with a particular emphasis on advising borrowers. She regularly works with private equity firms and private equity-backed companies and has significant experience in leveraged finance, subscription facilities, refinancings and restructurings.
Prior to joining Bass, Berry & Sims, Godard was an associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP in its Houston office. Godard earned a law degree from Baylor University School of Law (2020), where she was the top student in her graduating class, and a Master of Healthcare Administration (2011) and a Bachelor of Science (2009) from Texas A&M University.

Victoria Kline
Victoria Kline represents employers in a range of labor and employment law matters, focusing her practice on issues arising throughout the course of mergers and acquisitions. She has experience advising clients on non-compete laws, drafting and negotiating employment agreements, and employment-related due diligence within the context of a transaction.
Before joining the firm, Kline was an associate with Jones Day. Kline earned a law degree from the University of Miami School of Law (2023) and an undergraduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh, College of Business Administration (2019).

Bradley Kuntz
Bradley Kuntz advises clients on complex real estate transactions and ancillary corporate matters in connection with the acquisition, disposition, development, financing and leasing of commercial properties. He has extensive experience counseling owners, developers, lenders and investors with their office, industrial, multifamily, retail, mixed-use and medical properties.
Prior to joining Bass, Berry & Sims, Kuntz was an associate with Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP in Dallas. Kuntz earned a law degree from Baylor University School of Law (2020) and an undergraduate degree from Baylor University (2014).

Michael J. Muszik
Michael J. Muszik counsels public and private companies in strategic transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures. In addition, he represents private equity firms and portfolio companies in various transactions.
Prior to joining the firm, Muszik was an associate at Bracewell LLP in its Houston office. Muszik earned a law degree from Vanderbilt Law School (2021) and an undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee (2018).
