Bass, Berry & Sims Team Wins $102 Million for Trinity Medical Center

A team of Bass, Berry & Sims attorneys, led by member Michael Dagley, recently won a $102 million award for Trinity Medical Center, a North Dakota-based hospital system, against Cerner (Nasdaq: CERN) a healthcare technology company. In its lawsuit, Trinity alleged that the accounting software purchased from Cerner was defective and resulted in thousands of billing errors and financial damages.
