Bass, Berry & Sims was named a Top Performer by the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) for 2020. The Top Performer award recognizes those organizations in the top 20% for participation in LCLD programs and activities.
While the COVID-19 pandemic prevented many in-person meetings, LCLD offered many virtual events for members this year. In 2020, Bass, Berry & Sims participated in the Fellows Program, the 1L Scholars Program and the annual membership meeting.
LCLD is an organization of more than 350 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners who have dedicated themselves to creating a truly diverse U.S. legal profession. LCLD and its members work to promote inclusiveness within institutions, circles of influence, and society, with the ultimate goal of building a more open and diverse legal profession.
