We represented the independent Special Committee of Strategic Storage Growth Trust, Inc. (SSGT), in its merger with Strategic Storage Trust II, Inc., (SST II) in an all-cash transaction valued at $350 million. The SSGT properties will add more than 29 facilities to SST II’s portfolio, providing SST II with opportunities in the development, redevelopment and lease-up of self storage properties.
