Representation of Health System: Response to Controlled Substances Act Recordkeeping Allegations

We represented a health system in connection with allegations of Controlled Substances Act recordkeeping violations involving multiple retail pharmacies and clinics. We assisted the client in responding to Department of Justice inquiries, implementing a comprehensive compliance plan, and addressing identified compliance concerns. We ultimately negotiated a favorable resolution of the matter with the DEA.
