Representing Mid-Atlantic Hospital and Healthcare System in Response to FDA Investigation and Diversion Incident

We are representing a rural Mid-Atlantic hospital and its national healthcare system following a significant diversion. Because the diverter tampered with vials in the hospital’s inventory, the matter is being investigated by the FDA and we are assisting the hospital in the investigation. In addition to producing documents and assisting with the investigation, we advised on hospital-wide policy and practice improvements to aid in prevention and detection of diversion.
