We represented a developer as joint venture partner/retail developer for Twickenham Square, an urban infill redevelopment of a former public housing site in Huntsville, Alabama. The mixed-use development includes high-end retail, apartments and a $10 million city-owned parking garage. The retail portion of the project included a Publix grocery store, restaurants and high-end retail shops. Joint venture partners included Bristol Development Group and Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company, and construction financing provided by Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company.
