We represented a real estate development company in the negotiation of a long-term master lease from the City of Memphis for the redevelopment of the historic Central Station train station in downtown Memphis. The redevelopment includes approximately $55 million of new construction, including a new hotel, apartments, retail and movie theater. The execution of the 99-year master lease was the culmination of more than 18 months of negotiation with the City.
