Representation of National Healthcare System: Response to Diversion Events and DEA Inspections

We represented a national healthcare system in responding to controlled substances diversion events at hospitals across the country. We assisted with required notifications and DEA Form 106 filings, conducted privileged internal investigations regarding the cause and scope of suspected diversions, responded to requests from state and federal regulators, and prepared facilities for subsequent DEA and other regulatory inspections.
