Representation of National Healthcare System in Preparing for DEA Inspections

We represent a national healthcare system in drafting initial notifications and DEA Form 106s after diversion events at hospitals across the country, and prepare pharmacy and nursing staff for onsite inspections. We partner with hospital staff to conduct privileged internal investigations to determine the cause and scope of the suspected diversions. We also respond to any DEA or state agency requests for additional records and help prepare the facilities for subsequent onsite inspections by state and federal regulators.
