We represented Pipeline Plastics, LLC in its sale to SCF Partners, a private equity firm focused on investments in oil and gas equipment and services. Pipeline Plastics is a leading manufacturer of high-performance polyethylene pipe for drinking water, irrigation, mining, gas distribution, industrial, sewer, and oil and gas applications. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
