The center, spanning over 11-acres and comprising 118,751-square feet, features a diverse blend of national, regional, and local tenants, including Planet Fitness and Walgreens. The center serves as a focal point for the 1,100-acre master-planned community of Scottsdale Ranch, which encompasses nearly 4,000 homes across 40 subdivisions.
