Over $100 Million Bond Financing for New Airport Parking and Rental Car Facility

We served as bond counsel and disclosure counsel to the Metropolitan Knoxville Airport Authority in connection with the issuance of over $100 million in bonds to finance a new $185 million parking garage and rental car facility at McGhee Tyson Airport. The six-story facility will include 3,500 parking spaces, a new entry and exit plaza, and major roadway and infrastructure improvements to accommodate future expansion. The improvements will support the airport’s continued growth as one of the fastest-growing airports in the United States.
