We have represented Nashville Electric Service (NES) for 20 years with regard to their nonqualified deferred compensation and qualified retirement plans. Among other things, in 2012 we provided the legal analysis and documentation for a restructuring of their retirement benefits to freeze the participation in their defined benefit retirement plan and to provide a new defined contribution plan for new hires. Also, we provide ongoing services, including documentation, with regard to their Section 457 plan.
