LoJac Holdings Corp. Sells Three Divisions to Vulcan Materials Co.

We represented LoJac Holdings Corp. in its sale of its asphalt and construction divisions, as well as its Monterey Sand operations to Vulcan Materials Co. LoJac will continue to own and operate its other businesses. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

LoJac, a minority-owned company, provides high quality services and materials to the construction industry throughout the Southeast.

Vulcan Materials Company (NYSE: VMC) is the nation’s foremost producer of construction aggregates and a major producer of asphalt mix and concrete.
