We have served as general counsel for a state-wide electric power trade association, including representation in several lawsuits and lobbying efforts for 20 years. In addition, we have represented this association of distributors of electric power generated by the Tennessee Valley Authority, including disputes in the General Assembly related to co-location of cable television lines on power poles, corporation law amendments and nonprofit business operation matters.
