We represented Gen Cap America, Inc. in the acquisition of Eastern Business Forms, Inc., a designer and manufacturer of diagnostic sample collection devices for governments and private companies around the globe. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

This transaction was named a winner at the The M&A Advisor’s International M&A Advisor Awards in two categories: Private Equity Deal of the Year ($10MM-$100MM) and M&A Deal of the Year ($25MM-$50MM). It had been named a finalist in the following categories for the 20th Annual M&A Advisor Awards in 2021:
