Failed Software Conversion Leads to $12 Million Settlement

We negotiated a settlement in excess of $12 million for a national provider of hospital and healthcare services against a healthcare software vendor. The dispute arose because the accounting software sold to the hospital was defective and resulted in thousands of billing errors and financial damages.
