Facilitation of Nationwide Mock DEA Inspections

We are working with former DEA Special Agents and Diversion Investigators, whom we have engaged as outside consultants, to facilitate mock DEA inspections at 119 medical facilities across the country to better prepare the facilities for potential unannounced DEA inspections. After the consultants completed their inspections and prepared reports of their findings, we worked with the client’s compliance staff to create facility-specific compliance plans to prepare each facility for a no-notice DEA inspection.
