We represented the Physician Services business of Envision Healthcare Corporation (NYSE: EVHC) in its acquisition of Oro Valley Anesthesia, which provides patient care at two hospitals and eight ambulatory surgery centers in the Tucson, Arizona area. Terms of the transaction were not publicly disclosed.
Oro Valley Anesthesia is a physician group comprised of 16 physicians and three certified registered nurse anesthetists (CRNAs).
