Defense of Cyberliability-related Lawsuit

Bass, Berry & Sims successfully defended a firm financial institution client against claims arising out of cyber theft of funds of one of its commercial customers. In addition, we obtained summary judgment on behalf of our client against customer guarantors of a promissory note related to the stolen funds.
