We represented Create Energy, a leading innovator in energy infrastructure solutions, in its acquisition of SOL Components, a renewable energy company specializing in structural balance-of-system (BOS) solutions for solar photovoltaic (PV) projects and a subsidiary of Kloeckner Metals Corporation.
