We represented a national children’s research hospital in the negotiation of two agreements with Washington University. The parties are collaborating on the sequencing of the genomes of pediatric cancers and non-tumor samples to define landscapes of somatically acquired mutations that underlie pediatric cancer. The second phase of the relationship is analyzing additional samples and focusing on three major pediatric cancer subtypes for further analysis.
