We represented a global automotive OEM through a ransomware attack and several incidents related to loss of employee information, loss of customer information by a vendor, loss of benefit information subject to HIPAA, and loss of commercially sensitive software code. Subsequently, we represented the client in defense of class action lawsuits that were filed as a result of the cyberattack.
