We represented American Sentinel University in its definitive agreement to be acquired by and merge with Post University. Upon closing, American Sentinel University will become the American Sentinel College of Nursing and Health Sciences of Post University. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

This transaction was also named a winner in the M&A Deal of the Year ($50MM to $75MM) category for the 20th Annual M&A Advisor Awards in 2021. The firm was also named Law Firm of the Year in 2021.
