We represented Altamont Capital’s portfolio company, Sequel Youth & Family Services, in its acquisition of Pine Cone Therapies, a behavioral healthcare provider with treatment programs to assist those with Autism spectrum, speech-language, intellectual delay, neurological, and attention deficit disorders. Sequel Youth & Family Services is a Dallas-based provider of behavioral health services. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
