Financing of Six Affordable Housing Facilities in Rural East Tennessee

We served as bond counsel and local counsel to affiliates of social services organization People Incorporated of Virginia in connection with a low income housing tax credit project that included a pooled tax-exempt bond financing and USDA Rural Development loans to finance the acquisition and substantial rehab of a portfolio of six affordable multifamily housing facilities in five different rural East Tennessee counties.
