$95.9 Million Bond Financing for Regional Medical Center Expansion

We represented Maury County and Maury Regional Medical Center as bond counsel in connection with the issuance of $95.9 million in general obligation bonds. Proceeds from the bonds are being used to finance a major portion of the medical center’s strategic capital plan, including expansion of the emergency room and creation of a secure behavioral health unit, improvements to patient and visitor access, and expansion of the heart center and orthopedic surgical facilities.
