$89 Million in Financings for Brookdale Senior Living, Inc.

We represented Brookdale Senior Living, Inc., as part of its joint venture with HCP, Inc., in connection with the financing (and refinancing) of loans on its Freedom Square and Freedom Village at Brandywine communities. The combined financings totaled $89 million.
