We represented the Sports Authority of the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County in a $65 million bond issue to finance a new baseball stadium at the historic Sulphur Dell site north of downtown Nashville. The bond issue is one component of a $150 million public-private partnership among Metro, the state of Tennessee, the Nashville Sounds (a Triple-A Major League Baseball affiliate) and a private real estate developer.
