We represented a multi-faceted, family-owned, real estate company in the sale of substantially all (approximately 82 units) of a mixed-use condominium development in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. The sale price was approximately $19 million. The company initially developed the condominium complex and has owned and managed nearly every unit since it was constructed.
The company buys, sells, leases, trades and develops land. It also leases, manages and builds commercial properties and residential subdivisions.
