We represented a joint venture of New Mountain Net Lease Corporation and New Mountain Net Lease Partners Corporation, each real estate investment trusts (REIT), in the acquisition and project-level financing of a real estate portfolio, financed by a $15 million loan provided by UBS, consisting of six properties located in Iowa, Louisiana, Illinois, Wisconsin, Alabama and Texas, each of which are triple net leased to a master tenant.
