Bass, Berry & Sims attorneys Richard Spore and Gil Uhlhorn will present a session titled, “Sears Crosstown: From Catalogues to a Concourse – How Lawyers Can Make Things Happen” at the Memphis Bar Association. Richard and Gil will co-present alongside Bill Haltom, a lawyer and past president of the Memphis Bar Association and the Tennessee Bar. During the session, they will provide insights as to how lawyers work with entities and people to create enterprises, specifically focusing on the Crosstown Concourse development in Memphis, and how lawyers were an asset to the success of the development.
