Bass, Berry & Sims attorney Jay Moneyhun will participate as a panelist at the Tennessee 2019 Retail Academy for a session entitled, “Working with Property Owners & Marketing Sites Case Study: Retail Incentive”. Jay will provide insight relating to The Commons, a $15 million, 108,000 square foot public/private partnership retail development in Dyersburg, Tennessee.
