Bass, Berry & Sims attorney Julia Tamulis spoke at the 2nd Annual Medical Device Customer Support Operations Conference hosted by Q1 Productions. Julia’s session was titled “Remaining Abreast of CMS Maintenance Regulations” and it addressed the following topics:
- Review S&C 14-07 regulatory guidelines for equipment maintenance
- Approaches medical device support executives can take to observe regulations
- Strategies to assist customers in formulating medical equipment management plans (MEMP)
The conference was held May 14-15 in Atlanta, Georgia.
