Bass, Berry & Sims attorney Lillian Blackshear will speak at the Qualified Energy Conservation Bond (QECB) Workshop hosted by the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation’s Office of Energy Programs. Lillian will speak on the topic of legal issues and concerns related to the issuance of qualified energy conservation bonds by local governments. Participants will learn about qualified energy projects, financing strategies, and hear case studies from industry experts about how capital projects across the state are conserving energy and saving money.
The event will be held Tuesday, September 3 from 10:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. at the Ellington Ag Center in Nashville.
